All items will be ship via USPS Priority Mail. We are not responsible for shipping delays or damage during shipment. Please defer to the USPS to submit a claim.

Return Policy:
No returns accepted for this product. Please understand that all products in my store are handmade, and handmade items, by nature, have imperfections. Although we are thorough, there are inconsistencies based on the creative nature, each item will look a little different from the next.

Refunds Policy:
In the rare occasion that a defect is found on your product, please email chibiplantgal@gmail.com with pictures and description of the issue.

General care instructions for Chibi Plant Gal Neat Nests:

• Rinse with water, you may use mild soap if you'd like
• Wipe your Neat Nest dry before rolling it up for storage.
